Lecheton Settles, who is 30 years old and serves as an air marshal for the Administration of Transportation Security, is accused of raping a paid escort in the hotel room in Seattle. Which is even more disreputable and blaming for an air marshal is that he did that at a gunpoint, with threatening and using coercion. For the time being, he is under arrest and is held on a bail equal to $250,000. The final accusation is a raping of the first degree.

In the course of investigation the following details arose: Settles was in his hotel apartment and decided to call an escort agency to ask for a girl. Everything was settled and she arrived at his place. An escort started dancing, when Settles promised to pay her $180 for that. Then she went to shower and on returning back to room, she noticed Settles completely naked and with a gun in his hand. Then he wore handcuffs on her hands and made a fake call to his boss. As it was out later Settles was not employed by the Marshals Service of the U.S., as he claimed at first.

Settles got a final sentence after an escort provided al the evidences and clearly depicted an appearance of the defendant.
